... Alex and Rob made their escape from Vancouver's painfully mild temperatures to Toronto's cheery pre-winter air. After a Friday night shindig sponsored by the Alliance, Alex and Rob headed on Saturday afternoon to Alex's mom's place, and then on Sunday to her dad's farm.
